Conversion of an existing office building in Athens into short-term rental apartments. The project redefines compact urban living, introducing highly efficient layouts tailored to Airbnb use. The ground-floor units feature mezzanine levels and are designed as capsule apartments compact, functional spaces that maximize vertical volume while maintaining comfort and privacy.
